The shower was strong and hot, and the front desk staff were very informative and helpful. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the daily changing of bed linen and towels. The vending and coffee machines in the main hall were a nice touch. the staff were friendly and provided great advice and directions. It was also easy to reach the hotel from the city center and train station via tram, taking about 20 minutes.
