I was amazed by the historic charm of the building and its thoughtful adaptation for travelers. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the main square. The warm welcome from Paola and her family made me feel special and at home. Also, the breakfast offered a delightful range of freshly made goodies. I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay in Cortona.

We had an incredible stay at Dolce Maria Bed & Breakfast in Italy. Paula, her mom, and Claudia made our experience truly amazing. the medieval building provided spacious, 5-star hotel-like rooms that were clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. the family-owned restaurant on the ground floor offered some of the best food in Cortona. Paula went above and beyond by helping us with car rental and providing useful advice about the region. the breakfast was superb, with a variety of homemade jams, cheeses, local breads, hams. We cannot wait to go back for the hand-made pasta and truffles!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was very close to the town square. We were able to easily explore the city center and enjoy all the attractions it had to offer. Additionally, the room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and had a charming old-world feel to it. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with the personnel being gracious, warm, and efficient. Moreover, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with homemade pastries and a variety of other items to choose from. our stay at this hotel was a worthwhile experience, and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

The parking situation was a bit challenging due to the narrow and steep streets.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a beautiful Italian town. The hotel's attention to detail and value for money were outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, from a delayed check-in to allowing us to tour their tower with breathtaking views. The homemade jam served for breakfast was absolutely delicious, adding a personal touch to the experience. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the main street and piazza. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The view from our room was stunning, just like the photos online. We loved the high ceilings and the modern bathroom. the breakfast was exceptional too. Plenty of fresh fruits and homemade jams to choose from. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with lots of great restaurants nearby.

Our experience was dampened by the lack of cleanliness in our room. There were stains on the sheets and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly.
