We had a fantastic stay at a great hotel. The staff were lovely and the girl in the breakfast room was particularly attentive. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was really lovely with hot and cold options. The best part was the location - just a 3 minute walk to an iconic basilica and the water bus stop for easy airport access. Everything else was within walking distance. We highly recommend Dona Palace!

The room was quite spacious, with a separate living area and a comfortable bed. The location was also very convenient, with key attractions just a short walk away. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. the hotel was difficult to find, especially as it was our first time in the city.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of protein-rich options. The rooftop terrace and waterside lounge area were fantastic, providing a great space to relax. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the canal. The location was perfect, just a short walk to St Mark's and public transport options. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay at this hotel in Venice! The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One of the best parts was the spacious room and comfortable bed.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. Additionally, there were some issues with the room, such as a leaking ceiling and toilet problems.

As a welcome gift, I received a bottle of bubbly, which added a special touch to my stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of items to choose from. What impressed me the most was the option to enjoy breakfast on the balcony. The staff, particularly during breakfast, were attentive and friendly. The small gestures, like the welcome chocolates, made my stay even more memorable. I also appreciated the helpful tips provided by the barman, Josephe, who shared great recommendations for exploring Venice. the combination of location, cleanliness, professional staff, and fantastic room made my experience at Dona Palace truly exceptional.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is just a few steps away from the main attractions and can be easily reached by public transport or water taxi. Besides being in a prime location, the spacious rooms are beautifully decorated and offer impressive amenities such as private hot tubs and comfortable beds. The extensive breakfast spread includes savory local delicacies and even Prosecco, perfect to start the day.

The hotel's elevator may be a bit small and slow, but the overall stay is worth it.
