We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our weekend skiing trip. the staff was extremely attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even called to confirm our dinner plans. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and close to the ski lifts. the owner himself ensured that all guests were taken care of and even provided transportation to the lifts. the food at the hotel was excellent. the four-course evening menu offered great value for money and the meals were delicious.

The spa area at the hotel was sometimes crowded, which made it a bit less relaxing.

The best aspects of our stay were the exceptional breakfast with homemade pastries and the very good coffee. The smiling and helpful personnel made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The lighting in my room was quite poor, not ideal for working in. the staircase had no handrails and the lift exit height was unadjusted, which could be dangerous for certain guests.
