This hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from both the city center and the Santa Maria Novella train station. The convenience of being able to explore the historic city and easily access transportation was a major plus. Additionally, the staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and provided us with all the necessary information about the city and its attractions. The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities such as a safe, desk, and fridge, and the breakfast, although limited.

Only improvement needed would be slightly thicker blankets in the rooms.

Perfect Stayover!

During our city trip, we found the hotel's location to be just spot on - ideally located in the heart of the city! the cozy and spacious rooms were very clean, and we had a peaceful sleep every night, even though we were on a busy street. We also appreciated the hotel's lovely complimentary breakfast spread that comprised of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot beverages. the hotel's staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.

We found a great hotel near the central train station in a tourist spot, just a short walk away from the famous Duomo and San Lorenzo Market. The room was comfortable and thoroughly cleaned daily. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a nice selection, and the hotel provided basic toiletries in the well-equipped ensuite bathroom.

The Wi-Fi was mostly inaccessible from inside the room, requiring us to go down to the lobby for a better connection.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Eden in Florence. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like good A/C and great shower pressure. The location was perfect, near the center and within walking distance to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.
