We got great value for our money at Hotel Eden. The room was perfect for our family, with a queen bed and attached room with three twins. The location was ideal, right across from Lake Maggiore, and we were within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and lake tours. The staff at Eden were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us advice on getting around and recommending a visit to the tourist office for an exhibition on Baveno granite.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a more varied menu.

The staff are friendly and always willing to help, their English skills are a bonus. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and the shower is good with adequate ventilation. The included breakfast offers a variety of options, with pasta or soup being a tasty choice.

There are many good restaurants on the lake's shore and you can easily explore the town, thanks to the hotel's proximity to the nice Baveno church. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely view over the lake and the islands. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide choice of delicious options.

The air conditioner in the rooms can be slightly loud and there may be some traffic noise at night.

Great views from the room and location was very central- close to transportation, shops and restaurants. the buffet breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

Room was a bit outdated and bathroom could use some updating. There were not enough electrical outlets in the room and no tea or coffee making facilities.
