I had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel in Modena. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief during the hot days. Emanuele, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. The price was great for a last-minute reservation. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the TV had Netflix available, and there were plenty of restaurant options nearby. this was my favorite accommodation during my trip to Italy.

I do recommend this hotel.

Very central location, easy to find with GPS. New, clean, and comfortable room with fridge. Limited parking availability. Friendly and helpful hosts. Overall great value and would stay again.
