Strolling along Via Etnea was truly exciting, with its beautiful buildings and fascinating shops. Isola Bella was a charming island surrounded by crystal clear sea. The park was ideal for nature lovers. The volcano? Oh, just the highest and most active in Europe, no big deal.

This hotel is incredible value for money! The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities you could need. The staff are friendly and provide a top-notch service, from arranging an early check-in to recommending the best spots in the city. The location is perfect, right on the central shopping street and close to everything we wanted to see in the city. Plus, the breakfast is simply delicious, with an excellent cappuccino to start your day off right.

The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and there are a variety of options available. The facilities provided are excellent, including helpful staff recommendations and a convenient parking option.

Some of the regular rooms were too small with no space to walk around or even sit. On our last night, some of the toiletries weren't fully replenished.
