I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was just outside the city center, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The service here was impeccable, with room service, car hire, and friendly bell staff/porter available to assist me throughout my stay. The housekeeping team ensured that my room was always spotless, and the wedding services they offered made me feel like a VIP. The in-room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and even a washing machine. And the garden furniture outside my room added a lovely touch.

All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs, and the wide array of services they offered made me feel like a valued guest.

Great hospitality and professionalism from the staff; they provided support and guidance during a difficult day. Comfortable beds with quality pillows and mattresses. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options, including fresh juice and homemade cakes. Nice and helpful staff. Good coffee in the morning.

I recently stayed at Sure Hotel Collection in Arezzo for a few nights. The purpose of my trip was to explore the nearby area and the hotel was in a great location, not too far from the autostrada. The facilities were excellent, with a big room and a good shower. The staff was very professional and friendly, providing top-notch service. I also appreciated the convenient parking near the door. Another highlight was the delicious coffee we received in the morning. Lastly, the hotel was close to the charming center of Arezzo, offering a cozy atmosphere and plenty to enjoy.

I totally recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near highway and city center. Spacious lobby and good quality food. During our city break, we appreciated the hotel's location being close to both the highway and the city center. the lobby was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for resting after long days of sightseeing. the food quality was good, with a great variety of options.

Outdated shower and unpleasant odor in the room. Limited amenities in close proximity.
