I had a great experience at Eurostars. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the underground station. We really enjoyed the fact that it was situated in a lovely neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Their service was exceptional, from room service to bell staff/porter and housekeeping. The amenities were great, such as the laundry service, shuttle service, and airport shuttle. We were really impressed with the welcome drink, and the tours/ticket assistance offered by the staff. The room was cosy and comfortable, with all the in-room amenities we could need.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality hotel experience.

The location is superb, with easy access to the metro and Colosseum. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options and complimentary champagne.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was situated in a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants. the hotel offered two complimentary drinks which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the friendly nature of some of the staff.

Our Thanksgiving stay was not pleasant. the hotel was in dire need of renovations as the facilities were outdated and poorly maintained.

Located in the heart of the city, close to popular tourist attractions and the central railway station, this hotel offers convenience for exploring Rome. With a subway station just a stone's throw away, getting around the city is hassle-free. The rooms are comfortable and some guests have been upgraded to deluxe rooms without extra charge, making their stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offers a terrace where guests can unwind and enjoy a drink.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms can be quite small, which may not be ideal for those looking for more space.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was incredibly convenient, with the subway station just a minute walk away. The hotel was also very close to the Colosseum and the Basilica of San Giovanni of Lateran, making it easy to explore these famous landmarks on foot.

For us, it was ideal.

second stay here, probably i'll stay in here next time i visit rome. my reservation was upgraded to deluxe with no charge, which made me quite happy :) i'll probably be choosing other franchises in the EU just because i had a great experience in another hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Rome. The location was fantastic, just a few blocks away from a large mall and the Metro system. We were able to easily explore the city and visit all the major attractions. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The room was comfortable and clean, and the beddings were changed daily. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including many healthy choices. we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
