eurostars exceeded my expectations during this stay in lucca. the staff were wonderful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. the room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. parking was also convenient and available on site.

They were all friendly, helpful, and made sure that my needs were met. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which allowed me to stay connected during my stay. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. the staff at Eurostars were helpful and resolved a noise issue quickly. the restaurant staff was kind and professional, and we enjoyed the lovely food, especially the breakfast. the hotel is conveniently located, with good traffic connections, making it a great base for exploring Lucca and other sights in Tuscany. If you have a car, it's easy to find as it's visible from the highway.
