the staff at Excelsior were exceptionally helpful and kind, constantly sanitising everything. Despite the reduced number of guests, I felt welcomed and secure. the room was well-equipped, clean, and cozy. Plus, its convenient location made it easy to explore the area, with a train station to Milan just across the road. It was such a relief to find a place like this amidst the current travel restrictions.
