As low-budget travelers, we loved the location with its stunning views of the Tuscan hills and peaceful surroundings. The two pools, one for families and the other near our room, were perfect for relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to help us, even assisting with printing our boarding passes. The breakfast served in a beautiful setting was plentiful and the breakfast staff were friendly. The upgrade to our apartment made our late arrival even more welcoming.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredible, situated in the hills above a beautiful valley. The views were breathtaking and it was so peaceful with no car traffic or noise. The hotel facilities were great, with two pools to choose from and a restaurant on-site. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The breakfast served was ample and delicious, with a good variety of options.

As old people, we loved the peaceful location and stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The gardens were extensive and provided a calm and serene atmosphere. The absence of car traffic made it a safe and quiet environment, perfect for relaxation. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of. The availability of an outdoor pool, as well as a separate pool for children and families, provided options for leisure activities. The Thursday buffet with live entertainment was a highlight, allowing us to meet and socialize with guests from different countries.

We felt very happy and satisfied with our stay, with nothing to complain about.
