We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-organised, and had a functioning air conditioning system. The recently renovated bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer. We asked for a quiet room and were pleasantly surprised that there was no noise from the street. The location was perfect as we were within walking distance of the archaeological area, Capitol Hill, and the Coliseum. The continental breakfast included was sufficient, with an excellent cappuccino. The staff, especially Rudolf at the reception, was friendly and attentive. The hotel also offered 24-hour reception, which was very convenient. Transportation was easy with a bus station right outside the hotel.

It was a bit of a hassle having to ring the bell to enter, but Bobby at the front desk was always there with a smile to greet us. the room itself was clean, with a comfortable bed and a tidy bathroom. the kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. Despite being a 2-star hotel, we always had hot water and heating, which was a pleasant surprise.
