For the price we paid, we got incredible value and a spacious, modern room. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions and the train station. The staff at Number Nine were amazing, always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety.

Cleanliness and hotel facilities were exceptional. Parking was available and transportation was easily accessible. The hotel's location near the Duomo made it convenient to visit all the attractions in this city. The staff were attentive and quick to provide any assistance I needed, from the mixologist in the well-appointed bar to the breakfast service.

The location is perfect, nestled on a quiet side street but still in the midst of everything Florence has to offer. The hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail are outstanding. The complimentary daily breakfast was absolutely amazing, providing a fantastic start to each day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were genuinely friendly and accommodating. We were particularly pleased with the spacious "apartment room" that provided ample space for our large family, with multiple bathrooms and separate areas for privacy. The convenient location also allowed us to easily explore Florence's famous attractions, and it was a pleasant surprise to have a stunning view of the Duomo from our room.

For families with children, it would be great if the hotel could provide more kid-friendly amenities or activities.

The staff is friendly and helpful, even assisting with last-minute dinner reservations. The gym is top-notch, with a wide range of equipment and plenty of free weights.

Had an amazing Christmas experience at a boutique hotel in the heart of the city! Loved the complementary gifts of cookies and sparkling wine waiting in our room upon arrival, as well as the festive decorations throughout the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the major attractions and restaurants. Plus, the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options.

The gym had limited opening hours, which made it difficult with our busy schedule. , it would have been nice to have windows that could be opened for some fresh air, but sadly this wasn't possible due to the hotel's layout.

I had a fabulous time at the Private Spa, feeling like a time-traveling princess in the 15th century vaults. The Breakfast Box was a delightful surprise, enjoyed in the comfort of my room. And the fitness classes were a blast, especially the disco dancing!

The wifi was so considerate, constantly making me log in. How thoughtful.
