From the moment we arrived, the staff at Firenze Suite went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. the suite itself was impressive with high ceilings, beautiful decor, and a hidden kitchenette. the air-conditioning kept us cool during the hot temperatures, ensuring a great night's sleep. the staff provided us with helpful tourist information and served us a delicious breakfast in our courtyard. We can't recommend Firenze Suite enough and will definitely stay here again if we return to the city.

My stay at Firenze Suite was absolutely magical. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms by the friendly and helpful staff. The suite I stayed in, Violante, was beautifully decorated and had a vaulted ceiling, adding to the charm of the former monastery. The room even had a hidden kitchenette, which was a delightful surprise. Blerina, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. She provided me with a detailed map of Florence and gave excellent recommendations for attractions, restaurants, and even shopping outlets. The in-room breakfast service was a treat, offering a variety of high-quality produce. The location of the hotel was perfect, centrally located and within walking distance of all the attractions. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. I had an outstanding experience at Firenze Suite and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
