Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location close to the city center. The staff at the hotel were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The rooms were well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the city center, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the local attractions.

Limited dining options and lack of on-site parking. One downside was the limited dining options available, especially on our last night when we were the only guests and the evening meal was not available.

The staff were amazing, really helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the shops and restaurants. Plus, the value for money was great. We had a wonderful time sitting at the hotel's bar, enjoying a few beers. We visited twice within a short period, once with kids and once with friends, and both experiences were wonderful. We will definitely be going back for another visit.

The parking was a bit inconvenient as it was not directly at the hotel. It was about 50-100 meters away, depending on the available spaces.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of town, making it a perfect base for exploring the area on foot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including some delicious sweet treats. The spa was a great bonus, providing a perfect way to relax after a long day of hiking or skiing.

That the car park is a bit dislocated from the hotel, which may cause some confusion for guests who are driving.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were exceptional. The location in the center was perfect for walks and exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the ski slopes allowed us to easily hit the slopes by 0830. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially for those with a sweet tooth, as there was a wide variety of options to choose from. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The pool area was great and the spa was of good quality. The location was excellent, right in the middle of town. The twin room was spacious and the breakfast timing was convenient. The staff were kind and attentive, despite some language barriers. I highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is ideal, right in the center for walks and only a short distance from the slopes, perfect for skiing enthusiasts like us. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like ironing facilities and a mini-bar, ensuring our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel had a stunning sun terrace and beautiful garden area where we could relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection to satisfy our sweet tooth.

Great place! the spa was amazing, and we loved the location. It was super easy to get around town and the breakfast was delicious. the beds were comfortable, and the views were fantastic.

The parking was a bit of a hassle as it was not right next to the hotel. We also didn't like that the ski bus was a bit of a walk away.
