This hotel is an exceptional 5-star venue perfect for a luxurious getaway. the Spa & wellness centre and the outdoor heated swimming pool were top-notch amenities that were meticulously maintained, creating a relaxing and tranquil environment. the staff were polite and friendly, always going above and beyond to meet my every need, providing excellent service.

The only negative aspect I encountered was that although the hotel provided a continental breakfast, it was not as extensive as I expected. the variety of options was limited and could have been improved.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a variety of restaurants. The spa was truly relaxing and offered a wide range of treatments. We also enjoyed the live music performances during our stay.

The noise level was unbearable at times, especially in the evenings when the music from the bars and restaurants was extremely loud. Also, some of the staff members seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. while the location and amenities were great, the noise and some staff attitudes detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
