franz guest house was a great choice for our stay in naples. the apartment was comfortable and well-designed, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. franz, the owner, was helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. highly recommend staying here!

The newly renovated apartment was friendly, clean, and comfortable. The shared kitchen was a bonus, and the bed was comfortable. The location was central and close to public transport. The host, Franz, was exceptional, providing a tour of the city, daily check-ins. a fantastic stay.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of the historic center. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-isolated from outside noise. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and we appreciated the daily cleaning service. The breakfast was a great start to our day, with enough snacks to keep us satisfied. The friendly and polite staff, along with the well-equipped shared kitchen, added to the overall excellent experience.

The bed sofa could benefit from a mattress topper for added comfort.
