I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in a beautiful green park above the crowds. The setting was absolutely stunning, with amazing gardens and great views. It felt like a peaceful oasis in a more wooded area, away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were exceptional, from the helpful and friendly reception staff to the delightful restaurant manager. They could not do enough for us, attending to any question or request immediately. The service was top-notch, from check-in to room cleaners.

We stayed here for xmas and although the location was convenient, the hotel lacked cleanliness. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering us complimentary wine and chocolates upon arrival. the view from the outdoor pool was also a bonus.

The lack of cleanliness made our stay uncomfortable. the room had a lingering odor and the sheets didn't seem fresh.
