The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, close to beautiful Italian boutiques and within walking distance to all the great sites. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, with a croissant and a cup of cappuccino.

The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and double glazed windows that block out the noise from the bustling streets. The staff is friendly and accommodating, arranging airport transfers and providing helpful service throughout your stay.

One downside is that the desk is not always manned, which can make it challenging to receive immediate assistance or obtain tourist tips.

I stayed at a charming hotel near the Spanish Steps, just a short walk from Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. The location was amazing, right in the heart of everything. The room was a good size and peaceful, perfect for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Katia, were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. They even provided car service from the airport at the same price as a regular taxi. a fantastic choice for exploring Rome.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better! It's right on the doorstep of the Spanish Steps, making it the perfect hub for exploring Rome's amazing attractions. You can easily walk to the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Vatican, and more. the hotel is surrounded by fantastic cafes and restaurants, so dining out is never a problem.

The communication with the hotel staff can be a bit challenging since there is no reception. You have to rely on calling or emailing them, which can be inconvenient if you have any urgent questions or need recommendations.

I appreciate the gesture of receiving two complementary drinks during my stay and the daily cleaning of the room. the location was spot on as it was nearby all major attractions. the view from the window was also very nice.

The walls were quite thin, and I could hear the noise from the adjacent room. the bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were scratchy.

Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even arranged transportation to and from the airport for us. Additionally, the individual control air conditioning was a big plus, especially during the hot days in Rome. One thing that really stood out to me was the helpfulness of the staff. From the moment I booked online, they were attentive and ensured that my needs were met. They even arranged for a taxi to the airport, which made my departure hassle-free.
