They made us feel welcome and assisted us with any inquiries we had. the location of the hotel was also a huge advantage, as it was within walking distance to major attractions, making it convenient and easy to explore the city. Additionally, the room we stayed in was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location of this hotel is wonderful and centrally located for walking around Florence. It's just a few minutes walk to the Duomo and in a very central area. Additionally, it is about 1.5 blocks from the Accademia, about 2 blocks from the Duomo and Baptistry, which is not a given downtown Florence. The service and staff at this hotel were great, always attentive and helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good size and a good bathroom. We particularly loved that our room overlooked a main street, so we had a view of the Duomo on the right side and the Toscana hills on the left side. It was a lovely sight to wake up to. The breakfast at this hotel was also good. Although it could have been more interesting with options like muesli, it satisfied our basic needs.

Stayed at Gioia for 3 nights on a mini vacation. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore all the main attractions of Florence. The spacious family room was equipped with modern amenities, including a reliable Wi-Fi connection and a mini-fridge. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary toiletries. The friendly staff were available round the clock to assist with any queries. The included breakfast buffet was satisfying and kept us energized for the day. We were also grateful for the luggage storage facility provided.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Gioia in Florence. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a fridge and AC that worked perfectly in the warm weather. Plus, the location was fantastic, centrally located near the Galleria Museum and other key attractions. The staff, especially Daniele, Alessia, and Lucca, made me feel at home and were very friendly and accommodating.

The menu for breakfast could have been more interesting. It would have been nice to have options like muesli instead of tinned peach halves.
