The rooms themselves could use updating. Everything looked about 20 years outdated. The bathroom shower head worked but was coming out of the wall. When I tred to move the shower head because it rotated, the whole shower head moved and if the shower was turned on full pressure, water started coming out of the top of the shower head. The toilet was installed right next to the bathroom sink which comes far enough away from the wall to provide very little room to actually use the toilet.

The helpful local taxi tip on my first stay stayed with me. Everything I need is here – from Wi-Fi to a fitness center. The staff is always friendly! I'm looking forward to coming back for Easter.

I recently had a great stay at Hotel Isola Sacra. I was in Fiumicino for a short business trip and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The check-in and check-out process was fast and friendly. I decided to upgrade to a room overlooking the pool and I was very happy with my choice. The room was clean, modern, and had a lovely balcony. The pool area was nice, with plenty of lounge chairs to relax on. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the dining staff was exceptional. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to Ostia Antica, Ostia Lido, and the airport. There was also ample parking available. I had a lovely and relaxing stay at Hotel Isola Sacra.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel was in a great location, only 4kms from the airport. The beautiful gardens and pool area provided a lovely atmosphere to relax in. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. The buffet breakfast provided was of good quality. The shuttle bus to the airport was convenient and reasonably priced.

The front desk staff were not helpful when it came to the hotel shuttle service. They were unprofessional and dismissive when I complained about the shuttle not picking me up as advertised.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short ride from the airport. The transportation service provided by the hotel was convenient and reliable, with a small fee of €6. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was outstanding and we were impressed by the modern and contemporary design. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Claire at the front desk, Giulia M. who showed great concern for our welfare, and Piras who was attentive to our needs. The breakfast served was delicious and worth getting up early for.

The hotel offered excellent food in the restaurant and breakfast was also great. The key location near the airport was very convenient and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Another advantage was the beautiful pool area, which provided a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.

The service upon arrival was a bit slow and the staff member who assisted us was not very friendly or helpful. We had to ask for directions to our room multiple times and there was a lack of guidance.

Being in Rome for a layover, we chose Hotel Isola Sacra for its location near the airport. Our stay was short but memorable. The rooms were comfortable and had a private balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view. The staff was friendly and the room service was quick. We also appreciated the airport shuttle service for a small fee, saving us from the hassle of finding a cab. The restaurant had delicious meals and a great selection of wine. an excellent experience.
