The hotel's location was ideal, being very close to the train station and within walking distance to all the main attractions in Florence. The breakfast, although not the best, was still satisfactory with a decent selection of sliced bread.

The included breakfast is a bonus, especially for a second coffee.

The room had a very strong and unpleasant room freshener that was hard to ignore. the toiletries were only replaced every two days, which was not ideal.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a charming room with a lovely balcony and view. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of major attractions. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread and the friendly service from the staff.
