The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a decent selection, including continental options like breads, yogurt, ham, cheese, and juice. The hotel had friendly waitstaff who provided excellent service during meals.

The hotel had poor organization during a busy period, leading to a lack of plates, bowls, and cups during breakfast.

The room size was much better than expected, and the condition was fine. There was room in the fridge for me to put something’s which was nice. Strange location felt like middle of commercial zone, which it was - but for one thing that was a bonus as it was on top of a supermarket, which came in handy as without a car, it was tricky and dangerous to walk ten minutes to the closest restaurant. The hotel served breakfast which was a decent breakfast, no lunch and then a dinner which seemed overpriced for the hotels location and limited choice - which made the ability to buy food an elevator ride away a big bonus. Have to say the waitresses and waiters were super friendly and very accommodating. They get 5 stars.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. the location was perfect as it was easy to reach by taxi and there were plenty of Italian restaurants nearby to satisfy my taste buds. Secondly, the service provided was exceptional. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They even provided room service, laundry service, and a shuttle service. Lastly, the hotel amenities were top-notch. My room had all the necessary facilities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The sun terrace and garden area were also great places to relax and unwind.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The spacious room was the best aspect of our stay, as well as the friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel's location, close to a shopping center and gas station with great prices, was also convenient.

Some staff members were not polite or welcoming, which made our overall experience less enjoyable. while the hotel's restaurant and food were decent, the presentation could have been better.
