We were delighted with our stay at Villa Agrippina Gran Melia - The Leading Hotels Of The World. The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted with a glass of Prosecco, a lovely touch after our flight. The room was immaculate and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff were exceptional, always attentive and their impeccable manners made us feel truly valued. We cannot wait to return to this incredible hotel. we highly recommend this hotel.

I loved everything about my stay here. The staff was exceptional, making me feel like part of the family. The front desk personnel, especially Giulia, went above and beyond to ensure my check-in experience was outstanding. They even upgraded my room and surprised me with a personalized gift, including a flower bouquet, fruits, and champagne. The hotel is also in a great location, just a 12-minute walk from the Vatican. The pool area was beautiful and offered a perfect spot to cool down after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, and the spa treatment I had was one of the best I've ever experienced. the hotel facilities were top-notch and the entire staff was sweet and efficient.

The hotel has a great location, just outside the city center, with the Tiber river within walking distance. The 'liquid' restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience, and there are some amazing sights nearby. The rooms are beautiful and modern, with tasteful decor, while the bathrooms are fabulous with great showers. The staff provides warm and attentive service. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide selection of options. Guests can also enjoy the fantastic pool and spa facilities.

To added to the comfort, the amenities offered were of top quality, including a beautifully designed pool, a hot tub, and a spa.

We wished that the hotel staff had been more upfront about the possible extra charges we could incur, such as the extra fees for breakfast and upgrades. It made us feel like we were being forced to accept upgraded accommodations.

The value for money was great, with a spacious room, quality furnishings, and luxurious bedding. The location was superb, surrounded by a beautiful garden that felt like a small oasis. The staff treated us like VIPs, especially the fantastic housekeeping team who made our stay extra special.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, especially in terms of keeping the food warmer for in-room dining.

In addition, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, such as dirty blankets and mold in the bathtub. Additionally, there were reports of noise disturbances from housekeeping and other guests, causing some inconvenience.
