the location and view were amazing, exceeded my expectations after my last stay in venice. taking strolls along the grand canal was a highlight and the cleanliness was impeccable.

Great location especially if you are travelling by train and you do not want to carry your luggage everywhere. the breakfast is also a great way to start with the breakfast room right out your door. the staff in the breakfast room was the best. She was very attentive. Check in is easy and fine as long as you follow the instructions on where to check in prior to going to hotel. Room was very spacious. the view over the canal from our suite was stunning. the location was excellent, close to transportation options and easy to explore all of Venice. the room was cleaned daily and the breakfast provided was a nice start to the day. In one word, perfect.

The hotel's location near the train station was excellent for me. It was right in the centre of things and made it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch. The room was clean and renovated, and it had everything I needed, including an iron. The breakfast provided was also good, giving me a pleasant start to my day. My partner and I stayed at the beautiful Grand Canal Suites for 5 nights. We were wowed by our spacious room with a stunning view of the canal. The full kitchen was a bonus, although we didn't get a chance to use it. The breakfast was enjoyable and the location was perfect, close to the train station and people mover. The area was less crowded than other popular spots, making it our preferred choice. The water ferry was conveniently located just across the Grand Canal, allowing easy access to explore the city.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Canal Suite. The room was very nice and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a modern, clean bathroom. We loved the central lounge where we could relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning. The location was perfect, right across from the main station and close to the center of Venice. The room was also equipped with a fridge, which was a convenient bonus. we were very impressed with the comfort and amenities of the Grand Canal Suite.

the room was impeccably clean and had been recently upgraded. the young lady who prepared breakfast each day was outstanding. the location in Santa Croce was perfect for exploring Venice on foot or taking a water taxi from nearby Ferrovia stations.

It was just a few steps away from both the parking lot and the Vaporetto stop, making it extremely convenient for transportation.
