The staff was hardworking and friendly, always ready to assist us. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a big bathroom, and everything was spotless. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the coffee made by the staff was delicious. The hotel also provided fast and strong wifi, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, there are plenty of good restaurants and bars in the vicinity of the hotel, allowing us to enjoy the local cuisine.

I spent Christmas in a wonderful hotel in a charming Italian town. The breakfast was plentiful and included delicious pastries and fresh fruit. The location was perfect, as it was only a short walk to the main square and the historic city walls. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable.

The rooms felt a bit outdated and could have used some updating. The walls were not soundproof, as noise from other guests and the street could be heard, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

We had a very enjoyable stay at a comfortable hotel in the historic center of Grosseto. The location was perfect, right off the main piazza and close to the Duomo. The hotel provided cycles for guests, which we used to explore the city and its walls. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Grosseto.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going so far as to upgrade our room and provide a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our engagement. The hotel's location within the walled center of the city was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the local attractions. Additionally, the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options including amazing cakes and local cheeses.

There were a few aspects that fell short of our expectations. the room itself was a bit grubby and could have been cleaner.
