the luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities provided an unforgettable experience. the Spa & wellness centre with its sauna, Turkish bath and steam room was rejuvenating. the sun terrace offered a relaxing escape with a beautiful garden area. the staff in the restaurant were attentive and the food was delicious. In-room breakfast was a delightful experience.

We only had one minor issue which was the limited number of lounging chairs in the spa area. the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean.

The room was very clean and spacious, providing all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the view from the room was breathtaking, showcasing beautiful snow-capped mountains. the staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any queries, providing helpful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

The Wi-Fi service was limited to only two devices per room, which was inconvenient for a business traveler. the gym was quite small and offered limited equipment options for a satisfying workout.

The bathroom in my room was amazing with a heated floor and controllable lights. The bed was so comfortable.
