I had a truly enjoyable stay at the Not So Grand! The location was perfect and the staff were friendly. Despite being on the newly renovated floor, the room was basic and the decor was horrible, but thankfully it was just a one-night stopover.

The Grand Hotel & Des Anglais Spa captures the charm of a bygone era with its characterful period building and spacious rooms. The high ceilings, creaky floors, and rattley windows add to its nostalgic appeal. The comfortable bedrooms are well-equipped with complimentary water, a safe, and a spacious en-suite. The sea view rooms, although the shutters may be a bit worn, offer a lovely view. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are impeccably clean. Plus, the reception staff are delightful, providing a warm welcome.

The hotel staff make you feel very secure and are always ready to assist with any needs or questions. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, situated directly on the lovely beach and on a hill, providing us with breathtaking views of the sea. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff who were always ready to assist us. The room amenities were excellent, from the heating and air conditioning to the mini-bar and comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the in-house restaurant and the bar/lounge area that had a great atmosphere. The hotel also offered a spa & wellness centre, which was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

The hotel is conveniently located right across the road from the beach, allowing easy access to the sea front. It is also very close to the town centre, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious with a delightful view, and the bathroom is tastefully renovated. The staff provides 24-hour assistance, ensuring that guests are well taken care of. Additionally, breakfast is included in the room price and offers a variety of tasty and substantial options.

The WiFi signal is not strong enough, causing connectivity issues for guests.

Oh, the romance! the view from our room was absolutely stunning, we could see the sea and mountains from our window. the location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. We loved taking long walks along the promenade and exploring the charming streets nearby. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly and accommodating.

There were a couple of issues that detracted from our experience. the room wasn't as clean as we would have liked it to be, there were a few stains on the carpet and the bathroom could have used a bit of attention.

The hotel's location on the sea front provided beautiful views and easy access to the city center of Sanremo. The breakfast room was relaxing with a view over the sea and the staff there were gentle. We also appreciated the free and secure parking right at the entrance of the hotel. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and professional.

Everything is what we needed and wanted.
