Our room at Grand Hotel Et De Milan was beautifully furnished and had 2 great balconies. The bathroom and closets were spacious, providing ample storage. The elevators were small and very slow. the food quality of room service was poor, and the layout of the buffet breakfast was awkward with steep stairs and a view of a mountain of garbage bags.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with antique furniture and excellent bathroom facilities. The AC kept the room cool even in the summer heat. everything exceeded our expectations and we would definitely come back.

It is also very close to La Scala for those interested in attending ballet performances. The hotel is situated in the city center, close to the cathedral and main shops.

Amazing stay! We spent our New Year's Eve here and had a great time. the location couldn't be better; close to all the attractions and easy access to the metro. the air conditioning was powerful and always welcomed us to a comfortable room. the housekeeping staff went above and beyond, organizing our things and providing extra amenities. Complimentary water bottles and USB ports in the room were a plus.

Honestly, there's not much to dislike. If anything, the room could have been a bit larger, but it wasn't a big deal.
