I recently stayed at a hotel in Naples for a short stopover, and I chose Grand Hotel Europa & Restaurant. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it easy for me to catch my train to Pompei. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with unique furniture and a comfortable bed on a mezzanine level. Despite being in a busy area, there was very little external noise. The staff was friendly and helpful, even arranging a taxi for us on our departure day. The highlight was the delicious and abundant breakfast provided. I was very pleased with my stay at Grand Hotel Europa & Restaurant.

Convenient and Pleasant

My recent stay at a hotel in Naples was incredibly convenient and pleasant. I was impressed by the hotel's location, just a short walk from the central station, making it easy for me to explore the city and take day trips to nearby attractions like Pompeii and Sorrento. The hotel itself was tastefully decorated with a bar, seating areas, and a restaurant where I enjoyed a great breakfast each day. The staff were helpful and even arranged taxis for me when needed. Although the room was a bit small and lacked natural light, it was comfortable and clean. The only downside was the limited WiFi in my room, but I was able to use it reliably in the main lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff.

The hotel was in a great location, very close to the train station and easy access to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious family rooms available. The hotel restaurant offered good value for money and had gluten-free options.

The outside area around the hotel was unkempt, which is a common issue in the city. The rooms were a bit small and dated, although they were kept clean.

I had a great experience at the hotel. the location near the central train station was perfect for our needs. the 24-hour front desk was very convenient, especially since we arrived before check-in time. They were kind enough to let us check in early and even upgraded our rooms. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was a bar and restaurant onsite, and we also found a great pizza restaurant nearby. I would definitely recommend Grand Hotel Europa & Restaurant if you're looking for a well-priced hotel near the train station.

This hotel is a hidden gem right behind the Central station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers arriving by train. The location is ideal, with everything in walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, with spacious beds and good facilities, including mini kitchens for added convenience. The breakfast included in our rate was a full continental served with a wide range of delicious options. All in all, great value for money.

Variety at breakfast: the breakfast at the hotel was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different preferences.

Limited Wi-Fi Access: the free Wi-Fi was only available in public areas, not in the rooms. This was a bit inconvenient as we had to go to the lobby or lounge to access the internet.
