From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. the level of service provided by Roberto was outstanding - he went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. the hotel itself is beautifully designed and exudes positive vibes. My room was tastefully decorated and I was greeted with little treats and complimentary water. the breakfast was delicious, with Luigi and Dario providing exceptional service. the rooftop pool deck offered stunning views of the marina and the sunset. it was an unforgettable experience and I can't wait to return.

Our hotel is perfectly located to explore the surrounding area, with good proximity to Naples train station and the beach. You can easily explore the town center from here, and take long walks in the beautiful greenery just beyond the hotel. The rooms are clean and the service is good. The breakfast buffet is delicious and served in an airy dining room with a variety of international cuisine.

The hotel staff could be more accommodating when it comes to handling guest requests.

I had the most amazing stay at Grand Hotel La Favorita in Sorrento. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service. My room was beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained. The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop pool area, where I enjoyed breathtaking views and refreshing drinks at sunset. The hotel's location was also perfect, close to the harbor and within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The housekeeping team was extremely attentive and made sure my room was always clean and comfortable. I had a fantastic experience at Grand Hotel La Favorita and would highly recommend it.

The rooftop pool, although closed during our stay, seems like a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The staff were friendly and efficient, from our initial welcome with a complimentary drink at the bar to arranging transportation. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything is what I need and want.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the waterfront and many restaurants. the rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds. the rooftop pool offered amazing views of the city and was a perfect spot to relax.

The AC in the rooms didn't work well and the room never really cooled down. Also, the drainage in the bathtub was poor, causing water to pool and not drain properly.
