We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful location of this hotel, perfect for a romantic escape. the spa facilities were relaxing and well maintained, with a range of treatments on offer. We also appreciated the tasteful décor throughout the hotel, which gave a sense of luxury.

The breakfast lacked variety and quality, with little fresh produce on offer. the service at the restaurant was slow and inattentive.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredible and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful pool which was just as impressive as it looks in the photos. The location in the center of the town was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the racecourse and the Montecatini Centro station. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of tasty options served in the restaurant. The staff there were attentive and accommodating, making sure that I had everything I needed. my experience at this hotel was excellent.

This hotel is simply luxurious! the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the town. the room advantages include exclusive amenities that are perfect for a pampering stay. the restaurant and bar/ lounge area are beautifully decorated, offering a chic ambiance that complements the excellent service provided by the staff.

There was a minor issue in our room with the private facilities not completely functioning. the hotel staff was quick to address the problem and offered us alternative exclusive amenities.

Lovely Old Hotel: the hotel had a charming and historic feel, with beautiful reception area, lounge, and restaurant that harkened back to the 1800s. the Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate lounge. the staff at reception were polite and extremely helpful.

Beautiful property with excellent staff, particularly at the front desk and restaurant. High standard breakfast with customizable options. Spacious and well-maintained rooms, some with balconies. Good dinner experience with live music and friendly waitstaff.

During my stay, I had the pleasure of exploring the beautiful town of Montecatini Terme. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the funicular railway that takes you up to the old town. From there, I was able to take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a daily cleaning service that exceeded my expectations. The breakfast provided a variety of options, ensuring I started my day off right. I also enjoyed the peaceful pool area, where I could relax and be served by the friendly pool staff.

I did notice that the hotel's restaurant and pool bar were quite expensive, which limited my options for dining and drinking within the hotel.

Second visit, hope to return in the future!
