We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the historical area and main attractions. The grand palazzo building was impressive with its stunning architecture and beautiful Murano chandeliers.

Despite these positives, there was some noise from the street, which could be a bit bothersome. The wifi could have been better and was only accessible in the reception area.

We had a fantastic stay at a grand hotel in a prime location. The spacious bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom itself, and the beds were firm and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast selection was attractive. we highly recommend this hotel for its grandeur and great value deal.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were excellent. We appreciated the central location in the very center of the town. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a great variety.

Incredible Spa and Baths! the hotel offers a wide range of spa facilities, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. the location is also fantastic, with everything within walking distance in this ancient city. It's great to be able to explore the area without having to travel far. Another advantage is the stunning views from the rooms, either overlooking the courtyard or the street. This adds a touch of charm to the stay.

The hotel could use some modernization in terms of comfort elements. the bed comfort and bathroom cosmetics could be improved.

Excellent service from Madam Ikram, who was helpful and friendly. The hotel has a traditional feel, is well-maintained, and clean. The breakfast was satisfactory and the spa facilities were good. It is located in the center and attracts mostly older guests.

The hotel location was perfect, just a few steps from the main shopping area and historical landmarks. the room was clean and cozy, decorated in a traditional style. the highlight was the festive atmosphere during the Christmas season, with beautiful decorations and a cozy fireplace in the lobby.

The spa prices were a bit too high for the quality of the facilities. some of the staff members seemed uninterested and unhelpful, making the stay less enjoyable.

I stayed at a hotel that had that Grand Hotel feel. The room, although older, was very nice and had a stunning view over the piazza. The hotel had big grand rooms, which made me feel like I was back in a different era. It was obvious that the hotel's location in town had been popular 100 years ago.
