the hotel itself is relatively new, built around 20 years ago, but it still carries the grandeur of the old hotels in the area. the room was spacious and had incredibly comfortable beds. We requested for our rooms to be close together, and the hotel staff accommodated our request, making it much more convenient, especially when traveling with children. the highlight of our stay was definitely the wonderful pool. It was large, warm, and even had a diving board. the poolside service was five-star, with someone taking our drink orders and even bringing them to us. Despite the hotel's sophisticated atmosphere, they made sure to welcome families and create a comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is really close to the harbour, making it easy to organise a trip to the nearby islands. It is also easy to get to the centre either by car or by walking, which is convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable, meeting expectations. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, including cakes that taste as good as they look.

The presence of some staff members, particularly one grumpy older man at reception, was peculiar and not in line with the overall courteous and gracious attitude of the other staff members.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The hotel also had a large parking lot, ensuring that we had a convenient place to park our vehicle. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from, including made-to-order eggs.

The building had a really cool and old-fashioned design. the shower was great and the bathroom was clean and beautiful. the hotel had a lot of character, which made it unique and interesting.

Unfortunately the hotel definitely did not meet our expectations. the room had lots of ants crawling around which was really unpleasant.
