Beautiful location, helpful staff, great facilities, amazing breakfast spread, free shuttle buses to beaches.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel had a beautiful marina, various on-site restaurants, and shops. Despite the initial room issue, we were offered a better room with a small terrace. The pool was enjoyable, and we loved people-watching. The other restaurants at the resort had good food and reasonable prices. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel over Easter and it was a fantastic experience. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of foods to choose from, including fresh fruit, baked goods, and cooked meals. The view from the dining area was also breathtaking. The location was perfect, situated between two popular beaches and close to many attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The pool area was a bit crowded and it was difficult to find a spot to relax. the prices of drinks and food were quite high, which was a bit of a downside.

This venue will really appeal to those with the most luxurious tastes as the exclusive amenities on offer are fantastic. The Spa & wellness centre is an oasis of calm and tranquility, boasting a Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and Massage treatments. The outdoor swimming pool is particularly idyllic, surrounded by a garden area that is perfect for a peaceful afternoon reading. Breakfast is an absolute treat with a fantastic range of options, served in the beautiful restaurant with fresh fruit and pastries.

The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi was a little slow at times, but this really is just a small blip in an otherwise excellent experience. The service, from the front desk to the poolside snack bar, was top-notch.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was stunning. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. The lifeguards were excellent and always helped with shade and water toys for the kids.

Felt well taken care off, no reason to complain.

The hotel is in a fantastic location near beautiful beaches and it's reasonably priced. The rooms are comfortable with large bathrooms, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is amazing with a huge selection of food. The hotel also offers luxury car rental and has its own marina.

The restaurant at the hotel is too expensive for what it offers.

We recently stayed at Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu for a few days and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful architecture and glamorous decor. The rooms were spacious and nice, and everything was immaculately clean. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection of options, including delicious freshly pressed juices. The staff, especially the car guys, were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the receptionists even went above and beyond by offering us a breakfast to go on our early check-out day. The location was fantastic and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Highly impressed!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
