We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location on the cliff overlooking the Bay of Naples with Vesuvius across from us was absolutely breathtaking. We couldn't get enough of the stunning views. The hotel had everything we needed and more. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony where we could relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive and ready to assist with any request. The young waiters and the staff on the sundeck were especially friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and a private beach. We loved spending time at the beach, the pier was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the calm sea. The staff even provided waiter service for any drinks we wanted, which was an added bonus.

The pool closed at 7pm, which was a bit early. Additionally, the walk to the center of the town and train station took about 15 minutes.

This place is just amazing! The location here is perfect - you can see the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius from the sea front. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even arranged tours at a great price. The room amenities are great too - I loved the balcony with a sea view. The breakfast buffet was huge with many choices to choose from. The leisure swimming pool and the outdoor swimming pool were very refreshing. The beach access and the sun terrace were fantastic as well.

The breakfast could have had more variety, as it catered to a wider audience. the reserved sun loungers around the pool and sun deck were frustrating, especially when they were taken up by returning guests.

Our honeymoon at Grand Hotel Riviera in Sorrento was beyond perfect. The staff, from the helpful Gianni and his team to the reservations, chef, waiting staff, and everyone else, made our stay unforgettable. The private beach was a great place to relax and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The view from our room was stunning, especially from the patio. We had an amazing dinner at the Blue restaurant and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring different destinations and the views were breathtaking.

The pool and private sunbathing pontoon at the base of the cliff were well equipped and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The location, just outside the busy town center, was perfect for us, as it allowed us to enjoy a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to easily access the town center. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with good recommendations. The breakfast, with its stunning view overlooking the water, was simply amazing.
