The noise levels in the room were unbearable and the staff did not address the issue, causing a major disruption to our sleep. the temperature of the pools was not as warm as expected, making it uncomfortable to enjoy a dip.

I had a delightful and pampered stay at this hotel. the spa and wellness center was lavish and rejuvenating, with a variety of treatments like massages and facials to choose from. the sun terrace and garden area were exceptional for relaxation and taking in the scenic beauty. the restaurant offered a delectable range of dishes, including special diet menus. the private facilities in my room were exclusive and luxurious, which included a jacuzzi, sauna and treatment room.

The breakfast had a limited variety of options. the impeccable service and exclusive amenities made up for this minor issue.
