We arrived at the Grand Savoia Hotel on the last leg of our trip and the staff ensured we had a comfortable stay. They provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time in the city. The spa was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout blinds allowed for a truly restful sleep. The breakfast selection was great and the staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special with a room upgrade and champagne waiting for us.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with a clean and tidy room that had a huge TV. The location was perfect, right opposite the train station, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The staff treated us with exceptional service, making us feel welcome and ensuring our needs were met.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Savoia in Genoa for a two-night side trip and was absolutely impressed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even upgrading us to a suite and sending a complimentary bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. The spa facilities were luxurious and the whole hotel had a glamorous and modern feel. The rooftop lounge offered breathtaking views, and the breakfast with fresh honeycomb was amazing. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The location, right by the railway station, made it so convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions like Portofino. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were attentive and friendly, always willing to assist us. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub on the roof, which provided the perfect relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed was the comfiest we've ever slept in! I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Absolutely amazing bed, huge and comfy. Stunning rooftop hot tub. Fantastic staff, gave us belinis on arrival. Nice common areas for cocktails and internet. Very nice bathroom. Excellent selection for breakfast.

Nothing not to like.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around the city. Another plus was the excellent breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The hotel could be noisy at times, especially when other guests were showering or moving furniture around. the surrounding neighborhood was a bit scruffy and not very appealing.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Genoa and had a wonderful experience. The staff at this hotel, which I will refer to as GH, were extremely attentive and took extra care of my dietary needs as I have celiac disease. They provided plenty of gluten and lactose-free options for both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. The restaurant at GH was beautifully decorated with a "Pirate" theme, like the rest of the hotel. The amenities in the room were great, and I especially enjoyed the "secret pirate" garden. The highlight of my stay was the jacuzzi on the 7th floor deck, which offered a spectacular view. Although I didn't have time to use the spa, it looked amazing with various massage options. GH provided an excellent hotel experience.

That the jacuzzi on the top floor was often unavailable due to events.

The marble bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with fluffy towels, slippers and soft dressing gowns. Breakfast offers a variety of tasty options, including fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs and sausages. The rooftop terrace, along with the lobby bar, is a great place to unwind and enjoy friendly service.

Old world charm, beautiful art and romantic decor. Rooftop bar and spa are amazing. Surprisingly good food for a hotel this size. Convenient parking and next to the main train station. Genuine staff and excellent service.
