We arrived at the Grand Savoia Hotel on the last leg of our trip and the staff ensured we had a comfortable stay. They provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time in the city. The spa was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout blinds allowed for a truly restful sleep. The breakfast selection was great and the staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special with a room upgrade and champagne waiting for us.

The location, right by the railway station, made it so convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions like Portofino. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub on the roof, which provided the perfect relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed was the comfiest we've ever slept in! I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel could be noisy at times, especially when other guests were showering or moving furniture around. the surrounding neighborhood was a bit scruffy and not very appealing.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Genoa and had a wonderful experience. The staff at this hotel, which I will refer to as GH, were extremely attentive and took extra care of my dietary needs as I have celiac disease. They provided plenty of gluten and lactose-free options for both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. The restaurant at GH was beautifully decorated with a "Pirate" theme, like the rest of the hotel. The amenities in the room were great, and I especially enjoyed the "secret pirate" garden. The highlight of my stay was the jacuzzi on the 7th floor deck, which offered a spectacular view. Although I didn't have time to use the spa, it looked amazing with various massage options. GH provided an excellent hotel experience.

The rooftop terrace, along with the lobby bar, is a great place to unwind and enjoy friendly service.
