The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The views from both my room and the terrace were absolutely stunning. The room itself was spacious and even had kitchen facilities, which was a nice surprise. I also appreciated the free shuttle service provided by the hotel. I had a great experience at Grand Hotel Serapide.

The location of the hotel was quite inconvenient, as it was far from the airport and required a costly shuttle service. However, the hotel itself had a modern and beautiful design, with spacious superior rooms offering a stunning view from the terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any issues that arose during our stay.

The breakfast lacked variety and did not meet the expectations of a four-star hotel. there were some minor maintenance issues in the room, such as a running toilet and a refrigerator that couldn't stay cold.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for an extended time and it was a wonderful experience. The exceptional staff made us feel right at home, and the views from the hotel were absolutely phenomenal. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast buffet included was absolutely delicious. This place is perfect for events or romantic getaways. We highly recommend it to our family and friends.

We enjoyed our recent stay at a hotel with an exceptional view and a friendly staff. the beautiful rooms had all the amenities we needed, including a delicious breakfast buffet. we appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The location was a bit isolated, so we had to rely on the shuttle to get around. Despite these issues, we still had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
