The hotel provided a shuttle bus service from the city center, which was a convenient way to travel back and forth. the views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, with beautiful sights of the bay and the volcano. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.

One downside of the hotel was the noise from the surrounding apartments, which could be quite disruptive. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and could use some improvement.

The views from our room were absolutely stunning, overlooking the bay of Naples. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and spacious pool area. The courtesy shuttle bus provided convenient transportation to and from the city center. Being located on the hills outside the city center offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

With our car, we were able to easily explore the area, thanks to the convenience of its location. The beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel were in full bloom during our stay, enhancing its charm. The well-maintained building may not be modern, but it is full of character. The courteous reception staff upgraded us to top floor rooms with stylish decor and incredible comfort. The highlight was the balconies in each room, offering breathtaking views of Sorrento, Vesuvius, and the Bay of Naples. We appreciated the entertaining live music shows in the hotel bar and the convenient free shuttle service to the town center, which allowed us to venture out comfortably every evening until late.

I stayed at Grand Hotel Vesuvio for a few nights on a leisure trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing sea view. The pool area was great, with plenty of loungers and shade available. The buffet breakfast was standard, but the rooftop sunset views and live music at the bar made up for it. The service staff were all welcoming, friendly, and helpful. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Lovely Views and Great Food

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Sorrento with my daughter at the Grand Hotel Vesuvius. The food was delicious, with a variety of options from salads to pasta, meat, fish, and more. We even enjoyed dinner at the pool bar and took advantage of the free shuttle bus to explore Sorrento for dinner. The BBQ nights at the hotel were a highlight as well. Our room had a beautiful sea view balcony overlooking the pool, and it was cleaned every day. The hotel also organized amazing trips to the Amalfi coast and Capri, making our experience memorable. The pool was great, and the staff was helpful when we had questions. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back next year to explore more of the area.

Had a lovely Christmas week with free lunch and stunning views of the bay. the hotel was located near to the town and the daily shuttle bus made it easy to get around. the room was spacious and had a good-sized TV. the pool area was great for relaxation and there were plenty of loungers available.

The buffet dinner was lukewarm at best and the quality was not great. the restaurant staff seemed more interested in clearing up than serving guests.

The hotel offered a shuttle service, which was a great relief as the hotel was a bit uphill for walking. the driver, Marius, was a wonderful guy - always smiling and helpful. the hotel had lots of seating areas, including a bar on the first floor with great views across the bay and a perfect place to relax and have a drink. the views at night, with the twinkling lights of Naples, were stunning. the hotel had a strong WiFi signal and a good selection of English channels on the TV.

The hotel charged an additional 30 euros per day to upgrade to a room with a slight sea view. This seemed expensive compared to other hotels in the region that only charged a maximum of 10 euros for the same upgrade.

The breakfast had a nice taste and the dinner menu had quality and delicious food, especially the chef's grilled beef fillet. The views and location were breathtaking, especially the ocean view rooms. The staff were faultless, always attentive and greeted us with beaming smiles. The pool, sunbeds, and terrace area with live music created a wonderful atmosphere.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has an open and clutter-free atmosphere, which I appreciated. My room had a balcony with a breathtaking sea view and the outside area of the bar at night provided an equally beautiful view of the bay. The breakfast was very good, with attentive staff promptly delivering tea and coffee and keeping the tables clean. The cleanliness and efficiency of the entire place was impressive. The head barman, Franco, was delightful and the cleaning staff were always cheerful and did a fantastic job. The hotel also had plenty of places to relax, both indoors and outdoors, along with a fabulous pool and easy access to a nearby swimming spot.

We also enjoyed the tremendous swimming pool and the comfortable reclining area. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous, providing excellent service. The shuttle bus driver was particularly exceptional, always bringing a smile to everyone's face, regardless of the weather or time of day. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the staff there always greeted us with warm smiles.
