The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the main shopping district and yet away from the busy streets. The concierge desk was helpful in arranging our tours and activities, and we especially enjoyed the private tour guide. Additionally, the omelette at the hotel's restaurant was one of the best we've ever had.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was really great, they were so friendly, willing to help, cheerful, and kind. The concierge service, reception, and door guys were all amazing. The location of the hotel is one of the best in this city, on a beautiful treed street in a very nice neighborhood, close to various Embassies in a safe area. It is also very close to the famous sightseeing places and many great restaurants. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well-equipped. The bathroom was really luxurious with all the necessary toiletries and sundries. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of high-quality options, and you could also order from the menu. the hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch. We felt right at home during our stay.

We were thrilled to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was newly renovated and spacious. It provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a long day exploring the city.

One aspect that we didn't particularly enjoy was the breakfast at the hotel. We found it to be below standard for a luxury hotel and opted to eat at local cafes instead.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel during my business trip. The staff surprised me with a birthday cake for my daughter, which was a lovely touch. The air conditioning in the room was a big plus after a long day of sightseeing. The spa was small but relaxing, and I had it all to myself. The rooftop terrace was the perfect spot for cocktails at the end of the day. the staff were attentive and not pushy.

The walk back to the hotel after a day of walking around was a bit of a challenge due to the hilly terrain. They rationed the breakfast, so if you wanted eggs, you couldn't have waffles.

Spent Easter at a hotel in the heart of Rome and had a great time! the breakfast was amazing with endless options, and the rooftop terrace had stunning views of the city. the location couldn't be better, walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by delicious restaurants.

The room was a bit small for my liking, especially considering the price. the staff was not very friendly and seemed to be rushing through interactions with guests.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. the staff was extremely welcoming and professional, taking care of our bags and offering excellent service. the room was luxurious with exclusive amenities and the attention to detail was impeccable. the Sauna was exceptional, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. the Restaurant offered exquisite food with an impressive wine list.

the Continental breakfast could have had a wider selection of options, but the quality of the food was outstanding.

The maid service was excellent. Staff quickly fixed problems and provided missing items. Porters on the main door were friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and worth its rating. The location is great for public transport.
