There were plenty of restaurants nearby and it was within walking distance to the train station – a little uphill, but we didn't mind as there were lots of shops to browse along the way. The hotel itself felt like an old small palace, with its charming and highly-designed interiors. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. They even sorted out restaurant reservations and recommended some great places to eat.
