the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a giant Samsung TV that allowed us to easily connect our own devices. the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and modern. the hotel is located in a newly built and safe area of the city, away from the crowds but still convenient. There is a beautiful park nearby and a shopping center with a supermarket that has an amazing selection of Italian food. the tram line to the hotel is accurate and frequent, making transportation easy.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location is ideal for our business needs, being close to the office and not too far from downtown. Plus, it's surrounded by a university and across from a large park, giving it a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially the person at the front desk who handled our check-in and provided change for a 20 Euro bill. They even gave us a detailed guide on how to navigate the city using the Tram. we couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The Hilton Novoli had a fantastic crew speaking amazing English. The hotel was located just a 15-minute bus ride from the center and had a supermarket nearby. The breakfast was worth the price, with a delicious American/European mixed buffet. The interiors were modern and clean, and the hotel room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff at the reception was very courteous and the check-in procedure was smooth. a very good experience.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden in Florence for 3 nights. The hotel was conveniently located for commuting to the city center and had good-sized bathrooms with a comfortable bed. The WiFi was reliable, and I appreciated having a tea and coffee maker in the room. There was also a big Coop store nearby for all our food needs. it was a pleasant stay with a beautiful view and helpful staff.

The location of Hilton Garden was ideal for us, not too close to the bustling center of Florence but still easily accessible with a short tram ride. We were relieved to find free parking available, which made our stay much more convenient. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, providing us with a city map and detailed instructions on how to reach the center using public transportation. They even sold us bus tickets, saving us the hassle of finding them elsewhere. The room itself was spotlessly clean and we were pleased to have hot water in the shower. The breakfast spread was impressive and satisfying. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff, particularly Simone, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the city and its surroundings. They even recommended a great restaurant nearby called Old Wild West that had a nice atmosphere and delicious food at affordable prices. The beds were very comfortable, and I loved that you could adjust the softness or hardness with a button on the side. Plus, the hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to a nearby family-owned restaurant for late-night dining. The hotel's location was excellent, with a direct public bus line that dropped you off right by the cathedral and tickets available for purchase at the hotel desk. And let's not forget the waffle machine at breakfast - a nice touch!

Tasty albeit slightly expensive dinner options. Convenient free parking and good breakfast with made-to-order omelettes and waffles. Tram ride to city center just 17 minutes, with affordable tickets sold at reception. Many local shops within walking distance.
