We really got our money's worth at this hotel! The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was convenient, with a supermarket right next door and easy access to a nearby metro station. The staff was super helpful and made our stay even better.

The morning meal could use some improvement. The pastry and sweets were a bit dry and not as fresh as we had hoped.

In terms of location, although it was not in the city center, it was still easily accessible. the tram stop was just a short walk away, and it took less than 20 minutes to reach Termini, the main transportation hub in Rome. Additionally, having a supermarket right next to the hotel was very convenient for picking up snacks and drinks.

One of the main downsides was the disorganization during breakfast. the buffet was not properly looked after, and the staff was not efficient in cleaning tables or replenishing buffet items.

One morning, we had a late start and missed the hotel shuttle to the metro. Thankfully, the staff was very helpful in recommending alternative transportation options. We ended up taking a taxi to the metro and still made it to the Vatican in time. The breakfast at the hotel was also a delight, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and delicious breakfast.
