They took immediate action to rectify the situation by providing a solution and ensuring my comfort during my stay.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn in Parco Dei Medici. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The restaurant served good quality food, although the options were a bit limited. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful.

Our recent weekend stay in this strategic, modern hotel in a business district was great. The room was big, tidy, and clean with a smart TV. We enjoyed the tasty, ample breakfast and nice pool area suitable for kids. It's easy to get to the city center by metered taxi for under £20, and there are shopping areas including Leonardo and Da Vinci nearby.

The hotel doesn't provide fridges in rooms during hot seasons which would have been convenient for our cold water and medication.

The hotel is conveniently located near Fiumicino Airport, just 5 minutes from the Muratella train station. The rooms have beautiful glass windows that offer a lovely view of the pool area. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast options are varied and delicious.

Some cleaning issues were reported, such as dirty coffee cups and insufficient towels for the number of guests in the room.
