The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the city center. This makes it really convenient for exploring all the tourist attractions Palermo has to offer.

There was only one small issue I encountered during my stay - the lack of an elevator. However, the staff is always ready to lend a hand if you need help carrying your luggage up the one flight of stairs.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The rooms were spotless and the staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel was close to all the tourist attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh products to choose from.

Small rooms and noisy neighborhood at night. The rooms were quite small, which could be uncomfortable for longer stays.
