Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, perfect location on Via Etnea, near Bellini park, Savia and Spinella patisseries, 7+ pizzeria. Easy access to Acitrezza in Acicastello and other destinations by bus. Great location, 500m from Stesicoro Metro station and main tourist attractions. Good breakfast and spotless room with a balcony.

The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the very center of the town and close to historical monuments. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a broad selection that even included options for a vegan diet. The view from the breakfast terrace was also quite lovely, overlooking the beautiful park.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the amenities as advertised. I particularly loved having a private toilet and a big balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located hotel. The buffet breakfast was great value at only 5 euros per person and the restaurant and meeting room in the old building were stunning with original painted ceilings. We especially enjoyed the peaceful terrace connected to the dining room. The staff at reception were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel was well kept and offered good value for the price. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation.
