The hotel facilities are luxurious and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our Ruby Wedding Anniversary celebration even more special. The prime location near the Rialto Bridge allowed us to easily explore the shops and reach St Mark's Square in just a 10-minute stroll. The hotel's attention to detail and cleanliness, especially during these times, was commendable. The "a la carte" breakfast and the amazing 6-course dinner at the in-house restaurant were definite highlights. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit.
